摘　　要：引入了流行于企业界的BPR概念,从信息资源建设、业务机构的重组、人力资源的合理使用、深化服务、优化管理和改进现代化设备等方面入手论述了处于转型期的高校图书馆资源布局。This paper introduces the concept BPR which is popular in corporation bound and discusses resource layout of library of university in the transformation period.Thereinto the building of information recourse,the restructuring of operation organization,the using of manpower resource with reason,optimizing management and service and the improving of modern facility are discussed detailedly.
