摘 要:研究了乙基紫、甲基紫、丁基罗丹明 -B、孔雀绿、结晶紫等五种显色剂萃取光度法测定铼的实验条件。实验表明 ,以乙基紫作显色剂 ,以 (NH4)SO4和酒石酸为介质 ,在pH =2 .4的Na2 HPO4-柠檬酸缓冲液中 ,用苯萃取测定铼灵敏度最高 ,且稳定性好。在 610nm处有最大吸收 ,其摩尔吸光系数ε=2 .7× 10 5。一定条件下用于电吸尘铜烟灰中铼的测定结果满意。This article focuses on the conditions for the analysis of rhenium through 5 distinct means:ethyl violet,methyl violet, butylrhodamine-B, crystal violet and malachite green. It shows that in the buffer medium of Na_2HPO_4-citric acid under pH=2.4, ethyl violet in the media of (NH_4)SO_4 and tartaric acid is the most sensitive chromogenic agent for the analysis of rhenium. It has the maximum value of absorption at 610nm, the molar absorptivity~ε_(610~ is 2.7×10~5 and thus it is a stable one.Under certain circumstances this method applies to the analysis of rhenium in the copper smoke ash of electronic ash absorption, and this result is satisfactory.
