摘 要:分析了目前我国房地产消费信贷的违约风险、假贷款风险、利率通胀率风险及贬值处置风险等已成为我国房地产业发展的潜在危险。就如何防范和降低风险,提出了拓展担保及保险体系、加强监管力度、建立个人信用评价制约系统及推进住宅金融二级市场发展等一系列防范措施。Analyses the risk of breach,the risk of loan fraud,the risk of interest rate and inflation rate,and the risk of depreciation and disposal in real estate consumer credit in China have already become the potential threat of the development of Chinese realty business.Presents several precautions to against and reduce the risks mentioned above,such as outreaching the system of guarantee and insurance,intensifying the supervision,establishing personal credit evaluation system and promoting the secondary real estate market,etc.
