白细胞介素1β在大鼠外周血中含量的昼夜节律变化研究

摘　　要：成年雄性 SD大鼠 2 4只随机分成 4组 ,分别在 1 6:0 0、2 2 :0 0、4:0 0和 1 0 :0 0四个时间腹腔注射 LPS(lipopolysaccharide细菌脂多糖 )。 2小时后 ,各组又分别在 1 8:0 0、2 4 :0 0、0 6:0 0、1 2 :0 0四个时间麻醉采血 ,采用放射免疫分析法测定血中白细胞介素 1β(IL- 1β)的含量。结果 :0 6:0 0时组血中IL- 1 β含量最高 ,1 2 :0 0时组和 1 8:0 0时组最低 ,2 4 :0 0时组次之 ,0 6:0 0时组和 1 2 :0 0时组及 1 8:0 0时组间差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5) ,显示出 IL-adult male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups.The animals were administed intraperitoneally with lipopolysaccharide(LPS) at four different periods of time;16:00,22:00,04:00 and 10:00h. 2h after injection,the rats were anesthetized and their peripheral blood were taken at 18:00,24:00,06:00,12:00h respectively.The levels of Interleukin 1β(IL 1 β)in the peripheral blood were measursed using radioactive analysis.The results showed that the peaks of IL-1 β level were at 6:00h,the lower were at 24:00h and reached the lowest level at 12:00 and 18:00h.Significant difference was found between 6:00 and 12:00 groups,06:00 and 18:00 groups(P<0.05).The result suggested that the levels of the IL 1 β in the peripheral blood of the rat show significant circadian rhythm.
