摘　　要：目的:探讨电视腹腔镜行子宫次全切除术的临床应用。方法:对50例年龄小于50岁患有子宫良性病且有子宫切除手术指征患者行电视腹腔镜子宫次全切除术,子宫经阴道后穹窿取出。结果:改良电视腹腔镜子宫次全切除术兼有剖腹及阴道手术的优点,组织损伤及感染机会少,手术时间缩短,术中失血量减少,术后康复快。结论:应用电视腹腔镜行改良阴式子宫次全切除术经济方便。Objective: To study the clinical application of TV laparoscopy in modified subtotal hysterectomy. Methods: 50 patients under the age of 50 with uterus benign diseases and with the sign of speracervical hysterectomy were done laparoscopic subtotal hysterectomy. At last, uterus were taken out by viginal back cove. Results: This method had advantages of which paunch and vigina operations had. Tissues were damaged or infected scarcely, operation time were short, bleeding quantity decreased during operating and patients recovered quickly after operating. Conclusion: Modified laparoscopic subtotal hysterectomy is economic and convenient, and clinical doctors may spread and make use of it.
