摘　　要：目的:探讨预防二孔法腹腔镜阑尾切除术切口感染的方法。方法:用单独封闭腹膜,切口局部用药的办法预防感染。结果:43例无1例切口感染,均3d内出院。结论:二孔法腹腔镜阑尾切除过程中,阑尾与右下腹侧孔切口密切接触,致切口感染的机率增大,用此法可预防感染。Objective:To explore an effect way to prevent the infection of incision in the lapanoscopic appendectomy by two holes methods. Methods: The authors closed the peritoneum with sewomg technique, then used antibiotics locally. Results: 43 cases were cured in 3 days and no one was infected.Conclusions:In the course of laparoscopic appendectomy with two holes method, appendix touched with the incision on the right side of underbelly result in the possibility of infection. By this method, infection can be avoided.
