人才强国战略下的工科拔尖人才培养模式

摘　　要：拔尖人才是宏大人才队伍中的核心人才。拔尖人才能释放巨大的能量 ,做出巨大的贡献。面对激烈的竞争环境 ,必须培养出足够数量和相当水平的拔尖人才。培养拔尖人才必须具有拔尖人才培养理念并建构与之相适应的人才培养模式 ,包括设定科学的培养目标、对目标具有很强适切性的教学内容与课程体系以及相应的教学模式。Top personnel, the core of a team, are of mighty ene rgy and can make e normous contribution. Therefore, enough top personnel of considerable competenc e have to be trained in order to meet the fierce competitions. The training is based on a scientific guiding concept and a correspondent personnel training pat tern, setting a scientific training goal, and moreover, a teaching content, curr iculum system, and teaching pattern fit for the goal.
