摘　　要：从大众化高等教育的基本特点出发 ,指出当前在大众化高等教育发展过程中面临着“质量”、“特色”、“创新”三大挑战 ,并就大众化高等教育如何保证质量、创出特色。On the basis of the essential characteristics of the mass higher education, three main challenges in the progress of the mass higher education-quality,feature and innovation-are pointed out; strategies and countermeasures to guarantee quality,create features,and accomplish innovation are presented.
