摘　　要：分析了我国农村社会法治化存在的主要问题:与“三农”有关的立法存在严重缺失;对农村的法治化宣传教育存在严重缺位;农村基层行政执法水平存在严重缺陷。结合我国农村法治化建设进程逐步推进和政府推动的发展特点,提出了完善有关“三农”的立法工作;加强基层政权组织依法行政的能力;不断提高广大农民的法律意识等对策和建议。The major issues of the nomocray of countries were analyzed,including the imperfect legislation related to agriculture,farmer and rural(simplified as san-nong problem);the lack of the public education of the country's nomocracy and the poor competence of the rural official to execute the law.With the characteristic of the development of rural nomacracy and the government's promotion,proposal were put forward about how to perfect the legislation of san-nong,how to reinforce the rural regime power according to the law and how to heighten the law consciousness of farmer.
