摘　　要：目的 探讨106例前后鼻孔填塞进行止血的护理措施。方法 106例鼻出血都行前后鼻孔填塞,填塞天数为5d～14d,平均天数为9.5d。结果 通过积极治疗原发病和有效的护理措施,止血效果满意。结论 针对前后鼻孔填塞的特点,进行积极有效的护理,对终止鼻出血,减少并发症和预防再出血,促进鼻出血的康复过程有重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the nursing care of 106 epistaxis patients undergone anterior and posterior nasal packing. Method 106 cases of epistaxis patients underwent anterior and posterior nasal packing. The duration of packing was 5 to 14 days with average of 9. 5 days. Results Bleeding was controlled through active treatment and effective nursing care. Conclusion Active and effective nusing care according to the characteristics of anterior and posterior nasal packing was clinically significant to control nasal bleeding, decrease complications, prevent nasal bleeding again and promote recovery of patients suffering from epistaxis.
