摘　　要：目的 分析肝素诱导体外低密度脂蛋白-载脂蛋白-a-纤维蛋白原沉淀(Heparin-induced Extracorporeal LDL-LP(a)-fibringen Precipitation,HELP),在治疗难治性高脂血症中的疗效。方法采用HELP系统治疗226例难治性高脂血症患者,检测治疗前后血脂水平,进行术前心理护理、术后健康宣教。结果 所有患者均能良好耐受HELP治疗,治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)下降了30％～50％,对高密度脂蛋白(HDL)影响不大。结论HELP系统对治疗难治性高脂血症,不仅安全而且有效。Objective To retrospectively summarize the effect of Heparin-induced extracorporeal LDL-Lp(a)-Fibrinogen precipitation (HELP) system in the treatment of refractory hyperlipemia. Method 226 patients with refractory hyperlipemia were treated with HELP system, meanwhile, the psychological nursing and health education were practiced. Serum lipid levels were routinely tested before and after treatment. Results Almost all patients were well-tolerated in HLEP treatment. Serum TC, TG, LDL decreased about 30 - 50% in all patients after HELP treatment, whereas HDL level had no significant difference. Conclusion HELP system is safe and effective in the treatment of refractory hyperlipemia.
