摘 要:目的改善急诊科护患关系,减少护患冲突,提高护患关系的调控。方法分析急诊科护患双方的心理行为特点及与之相关的影响因素,明确护患双方的权力与义务关系。结果 急诊科护患关系及其调控不仅与护士个体有关,还与医院、社会建设有关。结论通过提高护士个体素质,加强医院建设和社会协调发展等方法,提高护患关系及调控。Objective To improve the relationship between nurses and patients, to reduce the chances of tangles and enhance it's regulation. Method Both characteristics of psychological behavior and some major influential factors were analysed. The interrelation of both right and obligations was made clear. Results Nurse-patient relationship and its regulation were related not only with nurses themselves but also hospital and social construction. Conclusion Strategies should be done in the meantime with such components: improvement of individual nurse quality, hospital connotation construction and social development.
