摘  要:本文研究了复方氨基酸等 10种药剂对烟草花叶病的防治效果及其防治机理。结果表明 :(1)复方氨基酸、抗毒增产剂、植物生理平衡剂、水杨酸和硫酸锌等 5种药剂对烟草花叶病均具有一定的预防效果 ,其中以前两种药剂预防效果最好 ,防效达 5 8.3%。此外 ,复方氨基酸还具有较好的治疗作用 ,治疗效果亦达 5 2 .1% ;(2 )药剂处理可在一定程度上延缓烟株矮化和减轻个体发病程度 ,抗毒增产剂、硫酸锌、5 %菌毒清和复方氨基酸等 4种药剂效果明显 ,尤以前两种药剂刺激烟株生长效果最为明显 ,株高反而超过无病的健株 ;(3)药剂处理可使烟草叶片内 SOD和 POD活性上升 ,而 CAT活性下降 ,其中复方氨基酸等 5种防病效果较好的药剂对酶的活性影响也最大。药剂防治效果与烟叶内 SOD、POD活性呈正相关 ,而与 CAT活性呈负相关。Effect and mechanism of 10 chemicals over tobacco mosaic were evaluated. Results showed that 5 of chemicals including amino acid (AA), kang du zeng chan ji (KDZCJ), plant physiological regular (PPR), salicylic acid (SA), and zinc sulfate (ZnSO 4) had the higher control effects, of which, the former two chemicals were with the best effect being 58.3%. AA not only had the higher prevention but also had the obvious cure which was 52.1%. Chemicals may delay shortening in tobacco plant height and reduce the disease such as KDZCJ, ZnSO 4 4.5% jun du qing (JDQ) and AA, especially the former two chemicals had the highest stimulation to tobacco growth, with the height being over healthy tobacco plant. Chemicals elevated SOD and POD but reduced CAT in activities in tobacco leaves, five chemicals including AA etc. with the higher control effect of which had the greatest influence on activities of some enzymes. Control effects of chemicals had positive relation to activities of SOD and POD in tobacco leaves but had negative relation to CAT.
