摘　　要：本文对振动台位移幅值的自动测量方法进行了研究 ,利用迈克尔逊干涉仪原理实现了对微小振动位移的干涉测量。This thesis deals with the automatic measurement of the amplitude value of vibration displacement.The interference measurement of microvibration displacement is realized by means of the principle of Michelson interferemeter.
