接尘工人血清游离羟脯氨酸含量变化的研究

摘　　要：目的 研究接尘工人血清游离羟脯氨酸含量的变化。方法 采用血清游离羟脯氨酸测定法——改良法。结果 实验组血清游离羟脯氨酸的含量明显高于对照组,不同年龄及不同工龄接尘工人血清游离羟脯氨酸含量均无显著差异。结论 接尘人员血清游离羟脯氨酸的含量明显高于非接生人员,揭示血情游离羟脯氨酸含量的测定可用于判定粉尘对肺的损害程度的研究。Objective To study the change of the level of solo-hydroxyproline in blood after inhaling dust.Methods The method of mdasuring the solo-hydroxyproline in blood-improved method. Results The level of solo-hydroxyproline in blood of experimentally group is higher than that in the obverse group. There aren't obvious differences among different ages or different time of work. Conclusion The change of the level of sole-hydroxyproline in the blood after inhaling dust shows the demage level of dust to lung.
