摘 要:目的 为控制电焊粉尘对工人的危害 ,研究适用且可行的小型电焊粉尘控制措施。方法 通过对众多小型电焊单位的调研与实测 ,为小型电焊粉尘控制研究有效的治理措施。结果 提供有效的通风设计方案 ,使工作地点粉尘浓度达到国家卫生标准要求。结论 提供的技术方案及设计资料实用可行 ,能有效地控制电焊粉尘 ,可供基层单位使用。Object Most small units do not have any dust control facilities for welding. Large amount of welding fumes and fine dusts seriously injure the worker's health. In order to provide the appropriate dust control measures for electric welding in small units, a special investigation was carried out.Methods Based on the results of surveys and tests at the welding work place in different factories, comprehensive dust control measures(which include: process technology improvement, local exhaust ventilation, personal protection etc.) were put forward.Results A designed scherme where the dust concentrations at work place would meet the hygienic standard, and the effluent from the dust collector of bag filter met the emission standard, was used successfully in many units.Conclusion The ventilation design and data provided by this paper has scientific basis, and it is easy for the technicians of the small units to handle, can be properly used in practice.
