坑道贮水卫生质量及消毒措施的研究

摘  要:目的 对已被微生物污染的坑道贮水采取消毒措施 ,达到饮用水卫生标准。方法 用GB5 75 0 - 1985检验法对贮水进行检测 ,二氯异氰尿酸钠作为饮水消毒剂进行消毒试验。结果  2 1个坑道贮水库细菌总数及大肠菌群合格率为 4 8%及 5 7%,真菌数平均为 6 5 4个 ml。用 2 0mg L二氯异氰尿酸钠对 3个微生物污染水库消毒 ,经 3年观察 ,余氯量平均为 7 8mg L。结论 二氯异氰尿酸钠对人体无害 ,杀菌效果好 ,稳定性强 ,是坑道水库贮水的良好消毒剂。Object In order to make the microbial contaminated water stored in tunnis up to the standard of drinking.Methods The hygiene condition of the water stored in tunnls was examined according to the methods of GB5750-85. Sodium dichlorooisco-yanurate was used as disinfection.Results The rates of hygiene qualification of the water stored in 21 tunnels were 4.8% and 57% by total bacteria counts and Escherichia coli counts respectively with average 654 per ml water of fungi. No fungi and bacteria included Escherichia coli could be detected after 20 mg/L water of sodium dichlorooiscoyanurate was used within 3 years. There was average 7.8 mg/L water of residual chlorine in 3 years.Conclusion Sodium dichlorooiscoyanurate was a good disinfection for drinking water in tunnel. It had no harmful to human body, strong bactericidal capacity and satisfactory stability.
