摘 要:目的 采用血液净化技术去除白血病细胞,然后应用联合化疗方案治疗高白细胞急性粒细胞白血病(HLAML)。方法 将17例HLAML随机分成两组,观察组9例经血液净化去除白血病细胞后应用DA方案化疗,对照组8例单纯应用DA方案化疗。结果 观察组血液净化前后白细胞数有极显著性差异(P<0.001);观察组CR率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),达CR时间明显小于对照组(P<0.05);对照组化疗前后K^+、UA有显著性差异(P<0.05),而观察组无差异。结论 血液净化可代替先进的血细胞分离机去除白血病细胞,为治疗高白细胞白血病提供新的辅助治疗手段。Objective Blood purification technology was used to remove leukemia cells, then combination chemotherapy method was used to treat HLAML (high leucocyte acute myelocytic leukemia).Methods 17 patients of the HLAML were random divided into two group, 9 patients of the observe group used DA combination chemotherapy method after they were removed leukemia cells by blood purification. 8 patients of the control group just used DA combination chemotherapy method. Results Leukemia cells of the observe group were signification defferent from that of pre - and post - blood purification (P < 0.001); Percentage of CR of the observe group were much higher than that of the control ( P < 0.05), time to CR was shorter than in the control (P<0.05); K+,UA were signifitantly defferent before and after control group chemotherapy (P<0.05), observe group had not signifitantly defference. Conculsion That blood purification may replace advanced hemocyte detached machine to remove leukemia cells prorided a new method of subsidiary treatment for treating HLAML.
