摘 要:目的 收集透析器出口废透析液测定实际溶质清除指数(ASRI),用以评价尿素动力学模型计算的溶质清除指数(CSRI)的准确性。方法 用20例稳定透析患者的废透析液测定尿素清除指数,并与尿素下降率、一室尿素模型、二室尿素模型、Smye公式和Daugirdas公式计算的尿素清除指数进行比较。结果 用尿素下降率和一室尿素模型的CSRI比ASRI偏高,有显著性差异,(P<0.05);而二室尿素模型、Smye和Daugirdas公式的CSRI与ASRI接近。结论 二室尿素模型、Smye和Daugirdas公式的CSRI可以替代ASRI。Objective To evaluate the accuracy of calculated solute removal indexes (CSRI) of models of urea hemodynamics by means of collecting spend dialysate from efferent of dialyzer and determining actual solute removal index (ASRI) . Methods ASRI was estimated with the spend dialysate of 20 patients on stable hemodialysis, and compared with the CSRI derived from urea reduction ratio (URR) , single pool model of urea, two pool model of urea, and the Smye, and Daugirdas formula. Results The CSRI from the URR and one pool model of urea was higher than ASRI. The difference was significant (P < 0.05). However, the CSRI from two pool model of urea, Smye, and Daugirdas formula was equal to ASRI by direct determining method. Conclusion CSRI from two pool model of urea, Smye, and Daugirdas formula might be the excellent substitute of ASRI.
