摘 要:目的研究Graves病(简称GD)时骨密度(BMD)和白介素-1β(IL-1β)及白介素-6(IL-6)的变化,探讨Graves病时骨密度与IL-1β及IL-6改变的相关关系。方法对106例GD病人和50名健康人应用双能双光子骨密度仪测定了其桡骨远端骨密度,用ELISA法测其IL-1β和IL-6水平,并在各组之间进行比较。结果GD病人骨密度水平显著低于正常对照组,IL-1β和IL-6水平在GD未治疗组显著高于缓解组和正常对照组,骨密度与IL-1β和IL-6水平呈显著负相关关系。结论Graves病病人骨密度的降低与IL-1β和IL-6的升高有关。Objective To investigate the changes of bone mineral density(BMD) ,interleukin - 1β(IL-1β), interleukin - 6(IL-6) and explore the correlations among them in patients suffering from Graves s disease(GD) . Methods BMD were measured by aual - energy x - ray absorptiometry, IL - 1βAND IL - 6 were determined from sera by enzyme - linked immunosor-bent assay(ELISA)in all subjects. Result BMD were reduced significantly in GD group compared with normal control. Serum IL- lβand IL- 6 values were significantly increased in untreated GD group compared with normal control and remission group. There was a negative correlation between BMD and IL - 1β, IL - 6. Conclusion The decrease of BMD in patients with Graves Disease seems to be correlated with the increase of IL - 1β and IL - 6.
