摘　　要：本文讨论了利用专家系统技术 ,实现基准地价系数修订法自动化评估宗地地价。在分析基准地价系数修订法的基本原理和专家系统技术的基本思想的基础上 。In this paper, the lot evaluation based on modulus revision is realized automatically using expert system technology, on the basis of analyzing with the theory of modulus revision and expert system Designing the expert knowledge base of modulus rule and the reasoning computer simulating the process of modulus revision is discussed in detail According to this method,the author develop the Baoan Lot price Evaluation Office System(BLEOS)
