摘　　要：Objective:To observe the effect of Tangweikang Capsule(糖微康,TWK)on diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:The 119 DN patients were divided into two groups:the group of TWK treatment(n=78)and group of captopril(n=41)as the control,the dose of which was 50 mg/d.The treatment lasted for 12 weeks.The changes of symptom score,urinary microprotein series,blood glucose,renal function,etc.were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the TWK group was 84.62%;and that of the control group was 70.73%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).TWK treatment reduced the levels of blood glucose,blood lipid,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,albumin,β2 microglobulin and Tamm Horsfall protein(P<0.05,P<0.01)in DN patients.The levels of triglyceride,angiotensinⅠ,angiotensinⅡ,atrial natriuretic polypeptide,prostaglandins,endothelin,typeⅣcollagen and total cholesterol decreased and the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol increased in the serum of TWK treated DN patients(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:TWK exerted obviously ameliorating effect on renal function in DN patients.
