摘 要:以一品红(Euphorbio pulcherrima Willd.)为试材,研究了不同成熟枝条经不同浓度的奈乙酸(NAA)和吲哚丁酸(IBA)处理后的扦插效应。试验结果表明:1)当年生枝条扦插比二年生枝条杆插的生根效果好;2)激素浓度不同,对生根效果的影响也不同,其中600mg/L NAA,400mg/L IBA对多年生枝条的生根效果较好,而200mg/L NAA,600mg/L IBA则对当年生枝条的扦插较为适宜;3)NAA和IBA处理有利于促进根系生长,提高一品红扦插苗的根系活力。The effects of different concentrations of NAA and IBA on cuttage were studied in the pot of Euphorbio pulcherrinia of annual and biennial branch cutting. The results showed that, a. The rooting percentage and survival rate of annual branch cutting were obviously higher than that of biennial branch cutting; b. Rooting effectiveness were obviously improved to the annual and biennial branch cutting by the treatment of NAA and IBA with the concentration of 600 mg/L, 400 mg/L and 200 mg/L, 600 mg/L, respectively; c. Roots growth and vigor of cuttage seedling were promoted through the treatment of NAA or IBA.
