闽产三种芦荟叶汁中多糖含量测定

摘　　要：本文采用硫酸—酚比色法,于490nm波长测定斑芦荟(AIoe vera L.Var.chinensis(Haw)Berg)、库拉索芦荟(Aloe barbadensis miller)、以及木立芦荟(Aloe arborescens mill)叶汁中的多糖含量,结果表明:库拉索芦荟中的多糖含量较高,斑纹芦荟次之,木立芦荟最低。The polysaccharide contents from fresh leaf of Aloe Vera L. Var. Chinensis (Haw) Berg, A Barbadensis mill, A. Arborencens Mill in Fujian province were detemined by H_2SO_4—phenol colormeter at 490mn. Analytical results showed that the polysaccharides contents of Aloe barbadensis Mill is the highest in there defference Aloes.
