摘 要:根据岩巷水闸墙的设计规范创造性地进行了煤层巷道特高压水闸墙的设计 ,利用有限元法数值模拟计算对水闸墙的稳定性进行了力学验算。采用“下部水平分层、锥顶分段”的留缝施工工艺 ,突破了“应采用连续浇筑”的限制 ,成功建成了非连续浇筑水闸墙 ;同时采用信息化施工技术 ,解决了井下高温高湿环境下大体积混凝土在砌筑过程中水泥的水化热导致混凝土开裂问题。Base on the design code of water gate wall in mine rock roadway, the authors have creatively made a design of special high pressure water gate wall and the paper had a mechanical calculation of the water gate wall stability with the digital simulation of the finite element method. During the construction, a construction seam technology of slicing in bottom level and sectional operation in cone top was applied, which was broken the limitation of continues pouring construction operation. This construction seam technology has created a non continued pouring to build a water gate wall as a mode. With information construction technology, the issue of concrete cracking caused by water heat of cement was overcame during the large concrete building in high temperature and high moisture in underground mine.
