摘　　要：契约关系是现代市场经济社会中的基本法律关系。契约关系与市场经济同步发展的历史表明,正在建设社会主义市场经济体制的中国,怎样为市场主体实施契约行为、缔结契约关系营造条件,则是我们改革的法律取向。The contractual relation is a fundamental legal relation in the modem market economic society.The syn- chronous development of the contractual relation and that of the market economy indicates that it is the goal of law reform to create better conditions for the market subject to make and implement contracts in China,where the social market eco- nomic system in is under construction.
