高校邓小平理论学习的调查与思考

摘　　要：本课题采用多种调查方式 ,对华北地区一些高校干部和学生邓小平理论的学习情况进行了大量的调查 ,认为成绩可喜 ,存在的问题不容忽视 ,并具体分析了产生问题的原因。认为近几年一些干部和青年学生深受“远离政治”和“非意识形态化”思潮的影响 ,导致理想信念迷茫、彷徨甚至动摇 ,是思想深层次的原因 ;把经济建设、行政业务工作看作是实的 ,把理论学习、精神文明等看成是虚的 ,是认识上的原因 ;实际工作中存在的价值取向扭曲 ,是现实的原因。其治标治本的解决办法是 :通过典型事例的宣传 ,在思想认识的提高上下功夫 ;通过党校等载体的建设 ,在手段上做文章 ;通过建立和完善三种机制 ,在建立与强化激励和监督机制上下功夫。突出重点 ,抓好领导干部和青年学生的学习与教育。Investigation on the carders and students in institutions of higher learning in northern China shows that prominent achievement has been made in learning Deng Xiaoping's theories whereas some problems still remain attention. Analyses reveal that some of the carders and students, under the influence of politics indifference and non ideology thoughts, lost their ideals and faiths; others put more weight on economic construction and administrative affairs while understated theory learning and spiritual civilization; still others were distorted in their value tropism. The approach to eradicate these problems is to improve the ideological understanding by publicizing typical cases, to broaden the ways for ideological education, and to perfect the mechanism of inspiration and supervision,emphasizing the educatien of students and carders.
