摘　　要：当前提高对高等学校教学管理特性的认识与把握程度 ,将是推动教学管理改革的关键之点和动力之源。在学校发展及教学管理的指导思想上 ,要与经济、社会发展的速度保持随动 ,水平保持同步。教学管理功能兼有学术管理与行政管理双重性。学术管理是对学校微观教学的系统设计。教学改革及学术研究的组织管理 。Increasing cognition and controlling over the characteristics of academy teaching management will be the key element and motivation in improving teaching management reform. The guideline of academy development and teaching management should be its' synchronization to economic and social development. Teaching management has both functions of academic management and administrative management,and academic management is a system design to microcosmic academy teaching. The management of teaching reform and academic research has three major tasks.
