摘　　要：通过对实施致富政策 2 0多年来 ,致富阶层的人格素质向高层次不断演进的轨迹的形象描述 ,深刻剖析了致富内涵及其形成的社会导因 ;致富政策的创新及实质变化在于使片面求强让位于富民为先 ,由此引发“身份社会”、“财富社会”、“学历社会”、“业绩社会”的递进变迁 ,引导人们通过追求共同富裕而整合两个“文明”,逐步构建让每个人都感到祥和、满足的合理社会。The connotation of getting rich and its social cause are profoundly analysed by vivid describing the gradual progress of getting rich. The innovation of getting rich policy and its substantial change lie in changing the exclusive seeking power into making common people get rich first, which results in the progressive changes of the society of status, wealth, academic credentials and outstanding achievement and guides people to integrate material civilization with spirit civilization by seeking common prosperity. As a result, a reasonable society which makes everyone feel happy and auspicious and feel satisfied will be gradually formed.
