摘　　要：河北省工业发展及工业结构与水资源承载力不适应 ,工业用水效率低、水污染严重、工业节水投入及措施滞后等问题突出。应实施调整产业结构、积极开发节水新技术、增加节水投入、完善水资源价格体系等全方位解决水问题的战略思路。The main issues of water resources in Hebei province are as follows: unfitness of water resources with industrial development and structure, low efficiency of water consumption in industry, water pollution resulting in water environment increasingly worsen and lacking investment on water saving. The strategic thoughts are adjusting industrial structure, reinforcing technical development of saving water and perfecting water price.
