摘　　要：当前电视台频道制改革已成为必然趋势 ,本文对频道制改革中出现的问题进行了分析 ,在应对措施中 ,提出了建立中心制管理模式理顺各频道间关系 ,并按照受众市场细分化原则去经营专业频道的理念。It is an inexorable trend that TV Station should reform its channel system at Present, but there are unavoidable problems in the reform. The problems which anise in the reform and the countermeasures are analysed in the paper. A paper mechanism must be established to marage a channel and a notion that a channel is managed according to the principle of sub-dividing market of viewers is given in the countermeasures.
