摘　　要：定义了复等位基因群体的基因库信息熵和基因型信息熵,给出了在完全自交下复等位基因群体随世代交替母子间基因型联合分布规律及母子间基因型联合信息熵,讨论了母子间基因型联合信息熵的性质,并从信息学角度加以解释。The gene pool entropy and the genotype entropy were introduced in this paper, associated probability distribution and associated entropy between a female parental genotypes and its descendant genotype of a complete-selfing population were defined, the characters of the associated entropy was demonstrated, and they were interpreted in informatics.
