摘  要:利用微波效应 ,以水为溶剂来提取银杏黄酮 ,对微波功率、微波作用时间、溶剂用量、浸提时间等因素做了一些研究 ,获得较好的效果 ,确定较佳的工艺条件为 :微波功率 :中档 ;作用时间 :30min ;固液比为 1∶30 ;水浴时间 :1h 。Ginkgo biloba flavonoid glycosides were extracted by water as the solvent from leaves of Ginkgo biloba L.with microwave treatment.The key factors,including the microwave power,the period of microwave treatment,the volume of water and the period of extraction,were studied and the optimal conditions were identified as the follows,the power of microwave as medium;the period of microwave treatment as 30 minutes;the ratio of liquid to solid as 30∶1;the extraction period for 1 0 h.A new route to extract Ginkgo biloba flavonoid glycosides was established.
