摘　　要：目的 :建立了薄层色谱 荧光分光光度法测定淫羊藿药材中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法 :用 70 %乙醇水浴回流提取 ,用醋酸丁酯 甲酸 水 (1.3∶1∶1)在 10℃以下放置后的上层溶液为展开剂 ,展开 ,分离淫羊藿苷 ,在Ex=4 30nm ,Em=4 80nm条件下测定荧光强度。结果 :线性范围为 0 .8～ 4 .8μg ,相关系数r =0 .9973,平均回收率 97.4 8%。结论 :此法简单、灵敏、准确 ,重现性好。Objective:A method of thin layer chromatography florospectrotometry was set up to assay the content of Icarrin in Herbal epimedii.Methods:Icarrin was extracted by 70% ethanol.The developer was the upper liquid of ethyl acetate formic acid water(1.3∶1∶1),which was made below 10 ℃.Excitation wavelength and emission were 430 nm and 480 nm,respectively.Results:Linear range was between 0.8 μg and 4.8 μg with correlation coefficient 0.9973.The average recovery was 97.48%.Conclusions:This method was proved to be sensitive,simple and accurate.
