摘　　要：工业以太网是一种新兴的行业技术,在保持了早期现场总线的技术特点的同时,融入了大量最尖端的信息技术。目前它已经成为了下一代工业产品中最具有发展潜力和特点的技术。本文简要介绍了关于传统以太网和工业以太网的各项技术特点和基本概念,针对这门新技术在实际中的运用,提出了一些实际看法。并且较详细的描叙了国内第一条工业流水线的安装,实施,调试和最终使用的过程,对于其中的很多问题都给出了具体的解决方案。The industry ethernet is one emerging profession technology,maintaining the technical characteristic of the field bus in the early time,and integrating the massive most state-of-art information technology. At present it already became one technology with the most developing potential and characteristic in the next generation of industry product.This article introduces briefly about the traditional ethernet and the industry Ethernet,their technical characteristics and the basic concepts,and meanwhile in view of the practical applications of the industrial Ethernet technology,proposes some actual views. More detailed description is given about the process from instalment,implementation,debug and final application of the first domestic industry assembly line and the solution to a lot of problems occurring during the whole process.
