摘　　要：根据小浪底二标中德意联营体CGIC及水电工程十四局小浪底项目部在小浪底施工中的实际,探索项目法施工的管理经验,得出了项目法施工在小浪底工程中实现了用工制度、队伍的多功能发展和设备的集中修理三大突破的结论。The paper introduces the application of project construction management in Xiaolangdi hydro-junction project by CGIC and Sinohydro Engineering Bureau 14, studies the experience of project construction management, and discusses the innovation project construction management in employment of human resources, multi-orientation development of construction teams and centralized equipment repair in Xiaolangdi hydro-junction project.
