摘　　要：提出了在房地产交易过程中,产生了大量的法律服务需求这一现实。从卖方(房地产开发公司)的角度出发,分析了律师在前期准备、签约、预售登记、入住、办理产权过户、领取产权证等五个阶段为当事人提供的不同的法律服务。In the course of real estate transactions, there are many demands for legal services. From the seller's angle (real estate development companies), lawyers should pro- vide many different legal services for interested parties. such as early stage preparation, signing contracts, registra- tion, residence, property right and certificate for property.
