摘　　要：绿色持续创新是21世纪企业可持续发展的必然趋势和唯一正确道路。本文围绕企业绿色持续创新的实现问题,从激励和制约企业绿色持续创新的两方面因素出发,分析了影响企业绿色持续创新实现的具体方面,进而针对这些影响因素就如何实现企业绿色持续创新提出了基本对策。Green and sustainable innovation is an inevitable trend and the only proper road to the sustainable development for the enterprises in the 21st century. In the light of the problems in reaching the goal, this paper analyzes specific influential factors that stimulate and restrict enterprise's green and sustainable innovation. Accordingly, the paper puts forth some basic countermeasures to realize enterprise's green and sustainable innovation.
