摘　　要：运用系统论和管理论原理,分析说明我校现行学生工作系统围绕“以学院为依托,工作重心下移”的战略决策,是顺应高等教育发展的必然结果。对我校学生工作未来的发展,较为具体地提出了引人思索的新认识。In the light of systernatology and management theory, we argue that the current students management system in our university runs on the strategy of 'relying on individual faculties and moving the focuses of students work down to grass - roots units'. This practice accords with the trend in higher education development. We also puts forth some new idas as to how to improve the students management in our university.
