摘　　要：论述了云南省提出建设绿色经济强省,民族文化大省和中国连接东南亚、南亚国际大通道的三大战略目标政策制定依据具有充分立足的必要性,重要性和可操作性,对三大战略目标的实现途径提出了有益的建议。Yunnan proposes to build itself into a province of green products, ethnic cultures and international passageway joining China with Southeast and south Asia. The paper argues for the necessity, importance and feasibility of the basis on which Yunnan's three great strategies are formulated. And it also puts forth some constructive suggestions to realize the three strategies.
