摘　　要：针对云南铜业股份有限公司的特点,凭借计算机海量存储、高速信息传输、计算精确以及能够求解复杂数量问题的优势,把先进的管理思想和方法有效地应用于企业管理,为云南铜业股份有限公司设计出行之有效的管理信息系统,从而为公司创造更大的效益。In light of the characteristics of Yunnan copper company limited and on the basis of the advantages of Computers in storing and transmitting messages, doing accurate and complicated calculations, the paper a argues that in order to design an effective management system for Yunnan Copper Company Ltd, it's necessary to apply the advanced management ideas and method into the enterprise operation and management so that greater profits can be achieved.
