摘　　要：分别对气象信息网络系统和技术保障系统改革与建设中的主要任务、各级分工进行了论述,认为江西气象信息与技术保障体系改革与建设,应坚持综合性、先进性、可行性、开放性、集约化和标准化原则,坚持发挥国家和地方2个方面的积极性,多渠道筹集资金,统筹规划,不断强化信息与技术保障体系。Discuss the main task and all levels division of work in restructuring and constructing Jiangxi weather information and technical maintenance system. And suggest that we should persist in principles of comprehensiveness, feasibility, openness, intensiveness and standardization and insist on exerting the two enthusiasms of nation and district, financing through various channels, plan as a whole and consolidate weather information and technical maintenance system
