三种植物挥发油对黄曲条跳甲成虫行为的干扰作用

摘　　要：应用四臂嗅觉仪测定了黄曲条跳甲 Phyllotreta striolata(F.)成虫对 3种植物挥发油的嗅觉反应。结果表明 :蟛蜞菊 Wedelia chinensis(osb.) Merr和马缨丹 L antana camara L.挥发油对黄曲条跳甲成虫具有很强的驱避作用 ,番茄 Lycopersicon escnlentum Mill挥发油在高流量时对黄曲条跳甲成虫驱避作用较强。通过室内选择性试验 ,进一步测定植物挥发油对黄曲条跳甲成虫取食及产卵行为的干扰作用。结果表明The olfactory response of Phyllotreta striolata (F.) to 3 plant volatiles was tested in four-armed olfactometer.Results suggested the volatile of Wedelia chinensis (osb.) Merr and Lantana camara L. showed strong effect of repellent on adult.With high flow rates,the volatile of Lycopersicon escnlentum Mill exhibited repellency.Through the choice experiment in laboratory,the effect of volatiles on oviposition and feeding of adult was measured for further bio-assays.Results indicated great deterrent effect on oviposition and feeding behavior.
