摘  要:本风险分析遵循联合国粮农组织 (FAO)国际植物保护公约 (IPPC)有害生物风险分析准则进行 ,从地理和管理标准、定殖和定殖后扩散的可能性、经济影响评估和传入的可能性及风险管理措施等 6个方面对美洲豚草进行了风险评估 ,尤其是采用危险性评价的指标体系对其在我国的气候适生性和多指标综合评价定量分析 ,结果证实了美洲豚草符合检疫性有害生物的地理和管理标准 ,在中国广泛定殖的可能性、定殖后扩散的可能性以及经济影响和进入的可能性都很大 ,从而美洲豚草随从疫区进口的原粮、饲料粮、种子、植物及其产品和贸易的运输工具携带和混杂传入我国的风险值极高。因此 ,将美洲豚草列为禁止输入的危险性有害生物是非常必要的。The risk analysis is abided by the pest risk analysis criterion which was formulated by FAO and IPPC, and evaluates the Common ragweed (Aambrosia artemisifolia) that based on six aspects: geography standard, manage measure, establish and possibility of later spreading, estimate of economic influence, possibility of entering and risk manage measures. Especially by risk assessment index system of climate suitability and mult-objective comprehensive evaluation and quantitative analysis, the results confirm that bulb accords tally with the geography and manage standards of quarantine pest in china. There is much possibility of economic influence and entering. Thus, the risk is much for Ditylenchus dipsaci enter china from epidemic area propagate material of rice and rice bran, feed grain, seeds, plants and their products and is 2.3. For this reason, it is necessary for Ditylenchus dipsaci to be classified as a prohibited dangerous pest.
