摘　　要：采穗圃的建立是南方红豆杉扦插育苗以苗繁苗扩大种苗培育规模的基础,通过对南方红豆杉采穗圃的营建技术,包括圃地选择、定植密度、搭建荫棚、抚育管理、截干促萌等措施进行研究,采取矮林作业提高穗条产量,每公顷可产穗条208.8万条。Establishment of collecting cuttings bed is base of cutting propagation of Taxus chinensis var.mairei on a large scale.The study on the technology of building collecting cuttings bed of T.chinensis var.mairei,including choice of bed land,density of planting,putting up the shade shelter,management of cultivation and enhancing sprout by cutting upper stem was conducted.The result showed that cuttings output could be increased to 2.088 million by shortening height of tree.
