摘  要:为探索高产脂马尾松扦插苗的培育技术,以一年生马尾松软枝条为材料,通过不同生长调节剂的刺激、软枝条长度、生根剂浓度按正交表L9(34)的设计,进行对比试验。扦插3个月后,进行地下部调查时,发现各因素不同水平的插条,都能形成愈伤组织。经直观分析,各处理间的效应:生根剂间的差异是:中国林科院ABT>浙江开化的生根粉>莱林1号生根剂,扦插软枝条长度间的差异是:4 cm>6 cm>8 cm;生根剂浓度间的差异是:200×10-6>300×10-6>100×10-6。年终调查结果,经方差分析表明,扦插苗地上部的苗高和地下部愈伤组织的瘤粗及其生根数,不同因素的三水平间的差异性,都达到显著性或极显著性水平。In order to explore raising cutting seedling technology of high-yield rosin Pinus massoniana,solf twigs from 1-year-old Pinus massoniana were used.Different growth regulator,twig length,growth regulator were tested by orthogonal design table L_9(3~4).Having propagated by cutting twigs for 3 months,all cutting twigs in any factors and levels were induced into callus in the underground sector.Direct analysis showed each treatment effect was that ABT rooting powder made by Chinese Academy of Forestry > rooting powder made in Kaihua,Zhejiang > Leilin No.1 rooting reagent in different kinds of rooting reagents,and 200×10^(-6)>300×10^(-6)> 100×10^(-6) in different concentrations.In the end of the year analysis of variance proved that there were significant discrepancy in cutting seedling ground height and underground callus thickness and rooting number,and 3 levels of different factors.
