摘  要:本文研究了尿素、有机肥(菜饼)单一/复合施肥方式对土壤脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性的影响。研究结果表明:单施尿素在短期内能有效的增强土壤脲酶活性,但对土壤过氧化氢酶活性影响较少。单施有机肥(菜饼)能有效的增强土壤脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性,但比施加同一浓度尿素时对脲酶活性的促进作用小。复合肥与单一施肥尿素或者有机肥(菜饼)量相同时,复合肥对土壤脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性有更强的促进作用,并且高脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性能保持较长时间,在第30d时,脲酶和过氧化氢活性还保持了较高的水平。The effects of different fertilization systems on the activities of urease and catalase were studied.The results showed that: application of urea could increase the activities of urease,but it was not sensitive to catalase.Application of organic fertilization could increase the activities of urease and catalase,but the activity of urease was weaker than the same concentration of urea.The treatment of urea combined with organic fertilization could increase strikingly the activities of urease and catalase,the activities were higher than only organic fertilization or urea,and the high activities could keep a long time, until the 30rd.
