硝酸甘油贴膜防治早产83例临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 观察硝酸甘油贴膜治疗早产的临床效果,为早产的防治提供一种新的临床手段。方法 选取83例先兆早产患者用硝酸甘油贴膜治疗,观察其后宫缩及宫口开大情况,以及抑制宫缩的有效率及延长孕日数,并与传统的硫酸镁和,或舒喘灵方法治疗进行对比。结果硝酸甘油治疗组治疗有效率为81.9％,平均延长孕日19.1 d,优于传统方法治疗组的有效率78.3％和延长孕日11.7 d,且使用方便、副作用少。结论硝酸甘油贴膜是一种安全有效、使用方便的新型防治早产药物,尤其适用于需要较长时期保胎的患者。Objective To study the clinical effects of premature labor treated with nitroglycerin sticker, and to provide a new clinical method for premature labor treatment. Methods 83 patients with premature labor were treated by nitroglycerin sticker. Uterine contraction and cervix dilatation were observed and the results were compared with the traditional magnesium sul-fate and/or sulbutamol treatment.Results The effective rate was 81.9% and average prolonged gestation was 19.1 days for nitroglycerin sticker group, which were better than 78.3% and 11.7 days for the traditional magnesium sulfate and/or sulbutamol group. Besides the nitroglycerin sticker is convenient to use and with less side effects. Conclusions Nitroglycerin sticker, which is safe, effective and easy to use, is a new clinical method for treating premature labor, and especially advantageous to those patients for from term.
