摘　　要：介绍了跨国公司核心理论OLI的起源和发展,特别是在联盟资本主义时代的调整和解释,描述了现代跨国公司理论的动态发展轨迹和对国际经营环境本质变化的映射,揭示了跨国公司投资和管理实践发展的本质内涵。The paper presents OLI paradigm , the core theory of MNC,its origin and developing, especially the adjustments and new explications in alliance capitalist society; describes the path of dynamic development of modern theories of MNC and shines upon the essential change of international business environment, reveals the essential nature of the investments and management of MNCs.
