摘  要:目的研究大鼠液压脑损伤后神经节苷脂GM1对脑组织含水量、自由基和兴奋性氨基酸(EAAs)的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠采用液压损伤法制备创伤性脑损伤模型。伤后5分钟,三个治疗组以不同剂量单次腹腔注射GM1,测量伤后30分钟脑组织自由基和EAAs浓度以及伤后24小时脑组织含水量。结果3 mg/kg和30 mg/kg剂量组,脑组织自由基和EAAs浓度明显降低,脑组织含水量明显减少。结论伤后早期足量给予GM1能减少自由基生成和降低脑组织EAAs浓度,减轻脑水肿。Objective To investigate the effect of GM1 on the water contents, free radicals and excitatory amino acids (EAAs) of brain tissue following fluid percussion injury in rats. Methods The male Sprague-Dawley rats were used as the traumatic brain injury (TBI) models made by fluid percussion device. Different doses of GM1 were administrated to the three groups of treatment respectively by a single intraperitoneal injection 5 minutes after injury-occured. The levels of excitatory amino acids and free radicals were tested 30 minutes after injury and water contents after 24 hours. Rusults The water contents, free radicals and FAAs of brain tissue were significantly descended in the groups of treatment by the doses of 3 mg/kg and 30 mg/kg. Conclusion Early administrating GM1 by a single intraperitoneal injection can reduce free radicals, EAAs and brain edema.
